A site visit is essential prior to a quote being given, preferably with you, the customer, on site with us to discuss your exact
requirements. We will discuss the required work and look at the different options you have (There is rarely just one possible solution to
your problem, and we will help you decide on the one which best fit your needs and those of your tree).
We will provide you with a free quote for the agreed works.
We will carry out a Local Authority search on your property and discuss any restrictions with you (if applicable; for Conservation Area status and Tree Preservation Orders). On engagement, we will submit any paperwork for you free of charge, liaise with the Local Authority and advise you of the outcome.
